This development offers 42, studio, one, two, and three - bedroom apartments. These apartments are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing.

Within a few weeks, you will receive a letter of determination regarding your eligibility. A random selection will be held to determine the priority order of the applications received on or before 3:00 p.m. ET, August 10th, 2020. Subsequent to the deadline, applications will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis util such time as the waiting list may be closed. Pursuant to state and local law, there will also be a preference for applicant households that live and/or work in the region of Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and Sussex counties.

Note:  Additional information about this  program, such as income eligibility, will be included with the Preliminary Application form.

The number of units at each pricing tier is limited. Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum incomes will apply. To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in the affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Gas and electric are not included in the rent listed. All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents. The Atwater is a development of RCB Urban Renewal LLC, which is not affiliated with Piazza & Associates, Inc. or the Borough of Bogota, except as specifically set forth in state regulations and local ordinance.
