    Within three weeks, you will receive a letter of determination regarding your eligibility. Since this is a new offering, there will be a random selection to determine the priority order of the applications received on or before December 31, 2017. Subsequently, applications will be considered on a “first-come, first-served” basis. When an affordable apartment becomes available, a limited number of Final Applications will be mailed on the basis of unit type and priority order. The Final Application will require further information and documentation. Pursuant to State and Municipal regulatory requirements, a preference will be given to applicants who live and/or work in COAH Region 1 (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex Counties).
