Within a few weeks, you will receive a letter of determination regarding your eligibility. Because this is a new property, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before March 25, 2019. Subsequent to the random selection, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Water, gas and electric are not included in the rent listed. All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents. Station Square is a development of Station Square at Fanwood Urban Renewal, LLC., which is not affiliated with Piazza & Associates, Inc. or the Borough of Fanwood, except as specifically set forth in state regulations and local ordinance. There will be a preference for households of 2 or more persons, pursuant to state regulations.
