The Plainsboro Non-Profit Housng Corp. was established in 1989 for the purpose of acquiring, maintaining and managing sale and rental opportunities for low- and moderate-income households in the Township of Plainsboro.  This 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, currently owns and operates Wyndhurst at Plainsboro, a 126-unit apartment community; administers the affordability controls on another 140 units in the Township; manages programs that provides down payment assistance to purchasers, grants for energy efficient equipment in affordable homes; creates affordable housing through the purchase and re-sale of market homes in the Township; and provides other such services as may be necessary to advance its mission.
