Welcome to Oak Street Park in Rochelle Park, where 5 one-, two- and three- bedroom rental apartments have been set aside to help meet Rochelle Park ’s “fair share” of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. Rental rates listed are approximate and subject to state and federal guidelines. Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income.

Within a few weeks, you will receive a letter of determination regarding your eligibility. Because this is a new property, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before August 20th, 2020. Subsequent to the deadline, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

When apartments become available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the apartment that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific apartment becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.

To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in the affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Utilities are not included in the rent listed. All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents.
