Affordable Housing Opportunities in
Hamilton Township, Mercer County

Thank you for your interest in the affordable housing program in the Township of Hamilton in Mercer County, New Jersey. Piazza & Associates, Inc. has been engaged by the Township to coordinate the affordable housing opportunities on its behalf.

New Purchase at Hamilton Chase

A brand new development, known as Hamilton Chase, is underway in Hamilton Township. Interspersed with the market rate townhomes will be 28 one-, two- and three- bedroom condominium "flats," set aside for low- and moderate- income households. A random selection (AKA lottery) will be held to determine the priority order of applications received at the start of the project. Existing Purchase Opportunities

There are about 80 two- and three- bedroom, low- and moderate- income condominiums available to purchase, from time to time in Society Hill II. The sales prices are determined when the units are placed on the market by their owners. Maximum incomes apply. Minimum incomes are determined by the ability of the purchaser to obtain mortgage financing if necessary.

Rental Opportunities

There are a limited number of rental opportunities in Hamilton Township within the confines of the program coordinated by Piazza & Associates, Inc. We will publish information about rental units as they become available. Maximum incomes apply. Rental rates, minimum incomes and other details will be published at that time.
