This new rental community will include 6 very low-, low- and moderate- income apartments designed to help meet Florence's “fair share” of affordable housing in New Jersey. Rental rates and income limits for these one-, and two- bedroom units are subject to state and municipal guidelines. Applicants must first qualify on the basis of gross annual income, which will be determined by Piazza & Associates, Inc., as the Administrative Agent for the affordable housing program. Additional qualifications for residency will be set forth and administered by the landlord. "The Township of Florence requires that a preference be given to applicants who live or work in COAH Region 5 (Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties)."
