A random selection will be held on or about August 15, 2013 to determine the priority order of all applications received prior to that date.  When apartments come available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the apartment that will be available.  A final application and documentation to verify identity and household income will be required and processed at that time.

*Minimum and Maximum income limits apply.  Minimum income based on gross rent not exceeding 35% of gross income.  Exceptions for minimum income apply for households demonstrating the ability to afford the rent.
