Hillside at Montgomery

Hillside at Montgomery offers a great location at an affordable price.  A total of 23 apartments, consisting of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units, will be available to qualified very low, low and moderate income households at reduced rents. These apartments provide a smoke-free* and pet friendly** environment.

**PET POLICY IN BRIEF (the lease will be more specific): No more than two (2) domesticated dogs or two (2) domesticated cats in the aggregate shall be permitted in any Unit. A single dog can weigh no more than 75 pounds and a single cat can weigh no more than 20 pounds. Combined, they cannot weigh more than 100 pounds.

To become eligible for the low- and moderate- income apartments, please complete and return a Preliminary Application. We will process your application and send you a confirmation within three weeks. Because this is a new property, a random selection of applicants will be held approximately 60 days after the start of marketing. Subsequent to the random selection, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

When apartments become available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the apartment that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific apartment becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.
